How did you get the role?

One of the producers saw me in The Sisterhood of the traveling pants movie and called me. Supposedly are readers of Gossip Girls books written on their blog that I would be perfect for Serena’s role. Even producer told me that series would be created especially for me. Role will not be given to anyone else, he added. However, I took some time for reflection, and at last I of course said, yes.

In the series you are always dressed nicely.

Clothes are really amazing. On an ordinary day I am wearing a full $ 10,000 worth Chanel coat. My television mom has a Hermès handbag worth 35,000 dollars. This is absurd. I thought: No one spends that much money for the purse. Then I saw a woman on the street who had the same purse while she walking the dog. Our costume designer chooses clothing that best befits us.
