David Beckham happily sat under the raunchy poster of Emporio Armani underwear advertising campaign where footballer wears nothing but his underwear!
Giant backdrop of Becks wheedle screams out of girls who gathered in front of Macy’s department store in the city’s Union Square yesterday.
The LA Galaxy star spent the afternoon meeting, greeting, and signing autographs for the first 175 fans to purchase $200 worth of underwear.
The Italian designer is someone the Beckhams considers a friend of the family now that they have moved to LA. So there is no doubt why Becks manage to become the brand’s face for the next three years, with an annual fee rumored to be $20 million, plus royalties.
The campaign was shot on Malibu beach in California by fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, and will appear on signature billboards in major cities such as New York, Los Angeles, London, Milan, Rome, Paris and Tokyo.
